How to Make Delicious and Soft Lapis Legit

Lapis legit is one of Indonesia's traditional cakes that is famous for its soft texture, sweet taste, and distinctive spice aroma. This cake consists of thin layers that are arranged by baking in stages, creating beautiful and tempting layers. Lapis legit is usually served at special events such as Eid, Christmas, or other big celebrations.

Here is the recipe and how to make delicious and tasty lapis legit.

Ingredients:
300 grams of good quality butter
200 grams of margarine
200 grams of granulated sugar
8 chicken eggs
200 grams of all-purpose flour (wheat flour)
100 grams of full cream powdered milk
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon clove powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 tablespoon lime juice (to remove the fishy smell of the egg)
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (optional, for a softer taste)

2. Beat Butter, Margarine, and Sugar
